Can I keep my current phone numbers?
Yes — we port your existing numbers at no charge, including toll-free and fax lines. Your old carrier stays live until the switch flips, so there is no gap in service.
Do I need to buy desk phones?
No. The mobile and desktop apps are included free, and most modern IP phones can be re-provisioned to Abbax. If you want new hardware, we ship it pre-configured.
What counts as a seat?
Any user with their own extension and login. Shared resources like conference rooms and common-area phones are discounted — ask us for resource-line pricing.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. Plans run month-to-month, or commit annually for the lower per-seat rate. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Is there an annual discount?
