After you install
- Open the app and sign in with the username and password from the Get Credentials link in your welcome email.
- Allow microphone access when prompted, so you can place and receive calls.
- Place a test call to
*9664to hear your music on hold and confirm audio is working both ways.
Credentials are only available on the portal for 72 hours after your account is created. If that window has passed, or the welcome email never arrived, call or text 1 (800) 200-9018 and we will reissue them.
