How to log in
Signing in to the Abbax softphone for the first time.

Your softphone credentials come from the Get Credentials button in your Abbax welcome email. They are available on the portal for 72 hours after your account is created.
- Open the Abbax app on your computer or phone.
- Enter the username and password shown on the credentials portal.
- Select Sign in.
Missed the 72-hour window, or never received the welcome email? Call or text 1 (800) 200-9018 and we will reissue your credentials.
