Can I get a specific vanity number?
Growth and Volume plans include vanity search — tell us the word or pattern and we will surface what is available across all toll-free prefixes. Premium numbers may carry a one-time acquisition fee, always quoted before you commit.
Can I port a toll-free number I already own?
Yes — toll-free porting (a RespOrg transfer) is free and usually completes in 1–2 business days. The number keeps ringing on the old carrier until the flip.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Overage is 3.9¢ per minute on standard plans, billed at cycle end. Volume plans get wholesale rates that step down with usage.
