Transfer a call to another extension

Transfer a call with the *1 dial code or the Transfer soft key on your desk phone.

There are two ways to transfer a call.

Using dial codes

Dial *1 to transfer the call to another extension.

Using a desk phone

  1. Press the Transfer soft key.
  2. Dial the extension you want to send the call to.
  3. Press Transfer again to complete it.
