Phone shows DND and will not ring

Turn off Do Not Disturb on a Yealink desk phone so calls come through again.

If your phone displays DND and you cannot receive calls, Do Not Disturb is switched on. To turn it off:

  1. Find the DND button. It is usually a physical button, or a soft key on the screen.
  2. Switch it off. Press the DND button, or select the DND option on screen and turn it off.
  3. Check the phone settings. Open the phone menu, go to Features or Settings, find Do Not Disturb and make sure it is off.
  4. Restart the phone. Unplug the power cord, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.
  5. Check the manual. The exact steps vary by model - see Manuals & user guides.

You can also toggle DND with the dial codes *78 (on) and *79 (off) - see Do Not Disturb.

If DND is off and calls still are not coming through, call or text 1 (800) 200-9018.
